Thanks for writing! If she's closer to the 38 end of 37, like born in late 1985, she might still have Saturn and the South Node both in Scorpio, giving her Saturn square and nodal return a different flavor than mine. Hopefully things settle down for a while before she gets to the midlife crisis transits I wrote about in my other post: https://astrologybooks.substack.com/p/barbie-pluto-in-libras-midlife-crisis

I am worried about her and her stress levels. She has a very stressful job working with CPS.

Oh, wow -- but if anyone would be drawn to that type of work, it might be someone with a lot of Scorpio energy. Looks like she'd have Mercury and Pluto in Scorpio in addition to Saturn and the South Node. People with a lot of Scorpio energy tend to get in trouble if life isn't satisfying their longing for intensity, so if she did want to go into a different type of work, it would probably need to be something else that met her need for intensity. The key is probably finding the good kind of intensity -- intensity without stress.

Yeah, October 1985 would still have Saturn and the South Node in Scorpio. I am glad I just missed that combination, being born in 1986. I may have more angst over right and wrong from Saturn in Sagittarius and more relationship drama from Aries/Libra nodes, but Scorpio can go in a direction of life and death. My parents were born during the 1950s Saturn in Scorpio transit, and their first Saturn returns in the 1980s were super dramatic — my father had a medical crisis and nearly died.
