Seems, too, that the conjunction of Moon and Neptune has something to do with racism against the Haitians in Ohio, persecution and othering. Yahoo News ran a USA Today fact check finding that something in the realm of cat-eating happened in Canton, OH, on Aug. 16, but the person who allegedly did it wasn't an immigrant. Aug. 16 still would have been Sun in Leo.
