Sounds like the Sagittarius/Pisces version would be especially soupy. Wonder how Capricorn/Aries will do it differently.

I have natal Neptune Placidus 3rd, whole sign 4th -- conjunct IC either way. Transiting Neptune will be close to my Aries Descendant.
